Favorite Workout: My favorite workouts are my leg days and back days, especially when I throw in things like handstand push-ups between sets to mix it up—I always like to keep my body guessing. Lately, I’ve been doing German Volume training where I will do 10 sets of 10 on pull ups, or a leg press and I’ve seen huge results since starting it!

Favorite Workout: Legs and shoulders! I love the feeling after a great leg workout when I know I pushed myself to my limits. Squats, leg press, lunges, and stiff-legged dead lifts are my favorites! For shoulders I love upright rows—alternating between close grip and wide grip, along with bent over rear felt raises. I love how pumped my shoulders get during a good, hard workout.

Favorite Workout

 My favorite cardio workouts are on the track. They really help me achieve and maintain a chiseled physique year around. They  also remind me of when I was back in high school during my 2 - 3 hour daily track or cross country practices. If you’re feeling energized and looking for a change in your workouts, give this a try!  Start off with 8 laps around the track (2 miles) moderate pace. Then stretch your legs and do 8 - 100 yd sprints with 100 m walk in between each. Then to finish it out do 100 walking lunges alternating legs walk 100 m then do 100 more lunges alternating legs! That, boys and girls, is what we call a powerhouse workout!

I have a love hate relationship with weighted plyometrics. Jump squats with a medicine ball are great for toning up the lower body and getting some cardio in!
